These Terms of Use govern your use of the Friend Draft app ("App"), operated by Over The Bridge, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
Friend Draft is a social game app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its content.
2. Subscriptions
Friend Draft Pro is available as an annual subscription ($4.99/year). Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or App Store / Google Play policies.
3. Free Trial
New users may receive a free trial of Friend Draft Pro. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined at our discretion.
4. Content
All scenario content in Friend Draft is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. Friend Draft does not claim to accurately predict any person's behavior. The friend names you enter are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Friend Draft to harass, bully, or harm others. The challenge link system is intended for friendly social play. Any use of the App to intimidate or harm another person is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All scenarios, content, design, and code in Friend Draft are owned by Over The Bridge, LLC. The "Friend Draft" name and logo are our trademarks. You may share result cards on social media for personal use.
7. Disclaimers
Friend Draft is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scenario outcomes are randomly generated and are entirely fictional.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Over The Bridge, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
